Standard size products cannot be returned or refunded.

Made-to-measure uniforms are not refundable. Alterations are included only if this service was paid for at the time of order.

We do not accept returns due to the custom nature of made-to-measure items.

If a suit needs adjustment, we will provide necessary alterations.

If we decide a suit is not fit for purpose, we will remake it.

Only an authorized Just Needles agent can decide whether a suit is not fit for purpose. Fit guarantees are not promised outside this decision.

All suits go through a fitting process where any required alterations are identified and the fit is approved.
